The area of this plot is 1500 sq ft and has roads intersecting two sides of this plot with a north-eastern corner view.
The existing building was built in the 1980’s using load bearing wall in random rubble stone masonry foundation and was damaged due to leakage in the ceilings and the walls were weak too over the years.
As per the client’s brief, he wanted a spacious home with more natural light and due to several factors the previous structure was demolished without cutting down the existing neem trees situated in front (north side) of the building and a new proposal was designed.

Mr. M. Rajendran Residence, Cuddalore
(Ongoing Project) – Concept of Greenwall Space
Mr. M. Rajendran’s residence site is facing the north side and enjoys a beautiful Then Pennai River view on the south side of the plot.
He is a fine artist with a strong passion for growing and maintaining house plants, currently nurturing more than 500 plants within the residence.
As per the client’s brief, the requirement was to design a sustainable and green home with ample natural lighting, incorporating natural materials and reusing materials wherever possible.
